New Unit Installation |
Includes 1 hr. technician time cabling, splitters, and connectors. There may be charges for some equipment that is not part of the standard install (amplifiers, junction boxes, etc.). |

Includes technician verifying the cable modem is operational and an requested changes of passwords and verifying TV’s are properly configured. |

Charged if you want a DMU technician to provide services that are out-of-scope for a normal service call like installation and/or configuration of new TV’s or other hardware. |

Common Services Charges

| Remote Replacement | DMU will be happy to try to replace a lost or stolen remote with a Dish or Roku remote but depending upon the make/model of the device we may not be able to get the full functionality of the original manufacturer remote. See our FAQ page for more details. |
$150 plus the cost of the remote. Includes programming the remote to the device. (billable in 15-minute increments) |
| TV Setup & Configuration | DMU can assist in setting up and configuring your TVs to tune in all of the digital channels we provide. As an alternative you can look at our FAQ page that has basic instructions on how to configure your TV. | $150/hr. (billable in 30-minute increments) |
| Internal Wiring | While DMU cannot do all wiring projects we can help with some basic wiring. We will be happy to come to your unit and do a quick assessment. See our FAQ page for more details. | $150/hr. per technician (1 hour minimum) |
| Amplifier Installation | Many units have multiple TVs in them that require splitting the TV signal. Every time the TV signal is split the signal will weaken. In some cases, the signal becomes too weak for a TV or modem to function properly. DMU stocks and a can install an amplifier that may resolve signal issues. See our FAQ page for more details. | $150/hr. (billable in 30-minute increments) plus the cost of the amplifier |
| Battery Replacement | DMU highly recommends that owners keep and easily accessible stock of replacement batteries on hand in their units for remotes and other devices. Should you find you are in desperate need of batteries DMU does stock AA and AAA. See our FAQ page for more details. | $150/hr. (billable in 15-minute increments) plus the cost of the batteries |
| False Alarms | DMU strives to provide the best possible customer service for all issues that guests may come across. However, from time-to-time issues arise that are caused by a previous guest, an owner or property manager or something that is not part of DMU’s infrastructure, or anything related to the service we provide.
